Individual counselling in Kelowna.
Sometimes life gets heavy, and it's hard to find your way through on your own. Our individual counselling gives you a calm, private space in Kelowna to talk through what's weighing on you, with a therapist who listens without judgement and helps you find a way forward.
What is individual counselling?
Individual counselling (also called individual therapy or one-on-one counselling) is a confidential conversation between you and a trained therapist. Together, you'll make sense of what you're going through, notice patterns that keep you stuck, and build practical tools to feel better day to day.
There's no "right" reason to start. Some people come in during a crisis. Others simply feel off and want to understand why. Both are good reasons to reach out. Whether this is your first time seeing a counsellor or you've done therapy before, you're welcome here exactly as you are.

If something is affecting your sleep, work, relationships or sense of yourself, counselling can help. You don't need to be in crisis to reach out.
How do I choose the right therapist?
Fill out our Best Fit Form and our office manager will call you to help find the right match. You can also browse our team page and book directly. Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters, and it's okay to switch if the fit isn't right.

Yes. A free consultation lets you ask questions and get a feel for working with a therapist before booking a full session.
How much does counselling cost?
Individual sessions are $155. Couples and family sessions are $175. Low-cost sessions with a master's-level intern are $45. Call 250-258-2696 to ask.
Is counselling covered by insurance?

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is needed. You can book directly online.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you're working on. Some people come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others prefer ongoing support.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
Taking the first step can feel like the hardest part. We're here to make it easier.
