Therapist, Master’s Level Intern

Bryn Walsh (she/her) joins Lakeside Clinical Counselling with a strong foundation in both mental and physical well-being. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Toronto, where her studies focused on sport psychology and the social dimensions of physical activity. During this time, Bryn also competed as a varsity athlete in pole vault and sprint events at both national and international levels.

Bryn is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and brings diverse, hands-on experience to her work. In addition to counselling training, she works as an outdoor guide supporting individuals with disabilities in accessing inclusive, nature-based activities. She has also worked extensively as a track and field coach, with a strong commitment to reducing barriers to movement, recreation, and outdoor spaces.

Bryn supports teens and adults navigating life transitions, burnout, anxiety, sport-related challenges, disability-related experiences, and concerns related to 2SLGBTQ+ identity, including identity exploration and experiences of discrimination. She understands healing as a non-linear process and offers a warm, inclusive, and individualized therapeutic space where clients can feel supported and understood.

Her goal is to help clients build resilience, clarity, and confidence as they move forward along their unique paths.
